THE 2018 SUMMER CAMP STARTS MONDAY, JUNE 4TH AND ENDS FRIDAY, August 3rd (9 WEEKS). SEE BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.
ALL CAMPERS MUST BE SIGNED IN, AND ALL CAMPERS MUST BE SIGNED OUT BY AN ADULT LISTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. CAMPERS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO A WAITING CAR. ONLY THE PERSON WHO REGISTERED THE CAMPER MAY ALTER OR VIEW THE REGISTRATION FORM. THE REGISTRATION FORM MAY ONLY BE ALTERED IN PERSON; WE WILL NOT ALTER THE FORM VIA A PHONE CALL.
THERE IS NO CAMP ON JULY 4TH.
Summer Camp provides a safe and enriching environment for children from Kindergarten through 8th grade while their parents work. Summer Camp is more than simply baby-sitting; our Site Managers and Counselors do an excellent job at targeting our ongoing overall goals of education, recreation, and socialization by planning a wide variety of activities that are fun, entertaining and enriching. Arts and crafts, sports, games and physical activities are planned for every day, as well as weekly special events, including field trips.
CAMPERS WILL BE PROVIDED FREE (VIA A GOVERNMENTAL GRANT) BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FROM THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF CAMP.
REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER CAMP:
Registration begins Monday, March 19th.
Registrations are ONLY accepted at the Elementary Schools cafeterias between 3:30pm and 5:30pm M - F, or
at the Belle Terre Swim & Racquet Club (73 Patricia Drive) between 8am and 5pm, M - F.
No registrations will be accepted at Camp; NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED MAY 28TH - JUNE 1st (REGISTRATIONS RESUME JUNE 4TH). If you register your child June 4th or after there is a 24 hour delay (for processing) before your child can begin attending Camp. BEGINNING JUNE 4th NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12PM ON THURSDAYS, AND NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON FRIDAYS. FOR SAFETY PURPOSES YOUR CHILD'S FIRST DAY CANNOT BE ON A TRIP DAY. There is a non-refundable $20 registration fee per child. (After May 25th The Registration Fee Increases To $30 PER CHILD). The cost of K-6 camp is $85 per week, per child. 7-8 camp is $90 per week, per child, runs ONLY from JUNE 11TH-JULY 19TH and is limited to 50 participants. Camp fees are weekly (NO DAILY RATES) and are due the first day your child attends Camp. Please use a debit/credit card, check or money order to pay your child's summer camp fees.
Once your child is signed in at Camp it counts as attending the full week; you will not be eligible for a refund once your child has been signed in. RevTrak "Parent Portal" (http://Flaglerschoolsfti.revtrak.net) will allow you to view payments made for tax purposes. For questions please call 446-6717.
All trips, breakfast, lunch & supplies are included. Breakfast and lunch are provided through Federal Summer Food Service Program and is a set menu. See Menu Here. There is no Camp on Wednesday, JULY 4th. All camps will be held between Buddy Taylor Middle School and Wadsworth Elementary School, including the last week of Camp.
Check each camp for a Tentative trip schedule. Trips can change without notice.
IT IS THE PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THEIR CHILD WITH SUNSCREEN, INCLUDING APPLICATION BEFORE COMING TO CAMP. IF YOUR CHILD ATTENDS CAMP WITHOUT SUNSCREEN OUR CAMP STAFF WILL SPRAY THEM WITH SUNSCREEN; IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CHILD SPRAYED WITH SUNSCREEN PLEASE SEE YOUR CHILD'S SITE MANAGER.
