Annual Registration

Get ready for a fantastic 2025-26 school year! All Flagler Schools families are required to complete the Annual Registration form for all students in grades Pre-K - 12 every year. This online registration form includes emergency contact information, parental consent, health information, and the device loan form. 

Once you have completed the Annual Registration form for all of your students, you will be able to see updated student passwords and schedule a time to pick up student devices.
